Coverage area
INTERPACK MAXI only ships packages from Malaysia to Indonesia.
Weight package
The maximum package weight per shipment (STT) is 10 kg. Maximum gross weight per box = 10 kg (no volumetric calculation, gross weight only).
Delivery estimates
Shipments are processed every Friday (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and custom clearance process).
Shipping rates
Shipping rates with no additional charges beyond the shipping fee.
Cost calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on gross weight only up to 10 kg. Volumetric weight does not apply.
Weight rounding terms
Each box will be charged as 10 kg, even if the actual weight is less than 10 kg. Weight is rounded up starting from 1,01 kg.

Packing recommendation
Packages must be packed in a cardboard box with dimensions 60×50×35 cm and a minimum thickness of 3 cm to prevent damage during shipping (It is recommended to combine various items in one box.)
Each box will be charged as 10 kg, even if the actual weight is less than 10 kg.
Insurance
Compensation for loss or damage follows Lion Parcel’s policy:
- Non-Premium (without insurance).
- Premium (with insurance coverage).
Allowed Commodities:
- Non-perishable, non-restricted items.
- Electronics under DG Class 9 (mobile phones, cameras, smartwatches, laptops).
Restricted/Not Allowed Commodities:
- Prohibited goods (e.g., narcotics).
- Perishable goods (easily spoiled or damaged).
- Dangerous Goods requiring special handling.
Submit claim
Only applicable for damaged/lost items:
- Fill out the claim submission form on the website, app, or customer service (CS). Log in to the shipping dashboard on the website within 7 days after receiving the item.
